Germany & the little mouse factory.. made in USA.  The boy mice are the little mouse company USA and the girls are the original fur toys W.Germany.  they look like they belong together.  One of the boys has a sequin on his tie. Their top hats and jackets are made of felt.  The girls have green cotton dresses with lace trim and a lace apron with a shamrock and each has a fuzzy shamrock on their heads. They are very adorable
