The Ney Mfg, Company Canton OH ~ Pat'D dates Dec 16, 1879 & Apr 5 1887
It measures 15" long X 4" wide X
10-1/2" tall
The wooden pulley on trolley has chips on the edges and pulley is missing from pulley block
Please note: there was a crack and it was repaired many years ago (see picture #7 & #8
