Antique Joseph Higham Brass Coach Horn England Fanfare Trumpet

Rare Antique early J. Higham Ltd. Brass Coach Horn. Includes original rattan/wicker case.
Horn is marked with serial number 54224 and the early Makers address of 127 Strangeways Manchester. Circa 1920’s, possibly earlier.
Horn measures almost 5 feet long at 59 3/4”. Bell approx. 3 3/4” in diameter.
There are a few dings and slight dents on the stem of the horn. I have taken photos of this. These seem minor with the age of the horn. Original Mouthpiece shows slight wear as well but in nice shape.
Horn is from the estate of a world traveler and has been in a private collection since being brought back from England in the 1920’s.
I have not seen a horn of this length in addition to having its original wicker storage case.
Case shows wear and has some slight damage in areas but is in nice shape overall.
Will be packed well for safe delivery.
